As a boy, Tim Culpepper, vice president of Robinson Development Group, roamed his family's 488-acre farm—fishing, hunting and camping under the sun and the stars. The fields yielded corn, wheat and soybeans; Tim picked watermelons and cantaloupes to sell in the summer months. Now Tim has helped plan Culpepper Landing, sharing the property his family purchased in 1926 with new families who will create memories of their own in these beautiful surroundings.

Paths and walkways through Culpepper Landing's conservation area will complement neighborhood public
squares and pocket parks. Children's play areas, a dog park, campsites and a community garden center
