Culpepper Landing was a Success for 2009 Homearama

Culpepper Landing was proud to be selected as the site for HOMEARAMA 2009. This event featured 12 single family homes ranging from mid 300s to the low 500s.

The event showcased a new and different community for builders and visitors with a variety of housing products on display. The homes were planned to display the same attention to quality and detail visitors are used to seeing in a Homearama home – but they were smaller, ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 sq ft – and more affordable.
